WELCOME!
Welcome to Ms. Michel's History class for the 2013-2014 school year at Greene County High School in Eutaw, Alabama. The courses offered in my class are World History (Advanced and Standard) as well as US History to 1877 (Advanced).
If you're here, it's because you are on your way to becoming a History superstar. We're going to be doing great things this year, and it starts with a positive attitude towards yourself, others, and your work.
All notes and assignments will be posted on this website. If you are missing from class for whatever reason or have lost a document for class, I strongly urge you to access class information by clicking on your class (US History/ World History Standard/ World History Advanced) on the top of this page.
If you need additional help, I encourage you to make an appointment in class with me in order to attend tutoring sessions for my class. Tutoring is offered after school (Monday - Thursday until 5 PM). In order to attend tutoring sessions, students must have their own means of transportation home and you must be seriously working towards a better grade in the class.
Parents are encouraged to keep up with this site in order to see what their child is up to. Please refer back to this website constantly in order to keep up with assignments and class news.
Remember, there is homework for each of my classes on a daily basis. If you click on your class' tab, you will find a section on homework for each day. Please keep up, since homework is one of the heaviest grades in my class.
Feel free to contact me for any questions, comments, or concerns related to history. Simply fill out the form below.
